Termination and cancellation
Both Cyber Finance Systems and the customer have the right to terminate the contract with reasonable notice. Services already rendered must be paid for in any case. Extraordinary termination is only possible for good cause.

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Cyber Finance Systems, unless otherwise agreed.
